The shop is nice. Service is great. The only negative is I work with a tech that ask for tips and makes sure she gets the tip before leaving the shop via cash app on her phone. I generally tip and she knows that, Would be nice to be able to leave my tip without the added pressure or her having to ask for it.
Went for the first time a couple days ago and I loved my service. She (Lisa )was very gentle and fast. I got my nails refilled and my eyebrows done and was in and out in 45 minutes. And to top it all off it was quiet. I could hear myself think. There was no loud conversation across the room. I’m glad I stopped in. I will be back.
I really liked this place especially the guy at front desk but I won't be going back because of the nickeling & dimeing.
First they said they don't do designs on big toes unless it's gel polish. Now, the price has doubled & when I said no they tried to charge me extra for polishing half of the big toes. No price listed. I provide my own polish which saves them money & I saved her time on drilling.
Plus, they move on to another client & forget all about you. I had to request a check on toes & removal of toe separators. Tech. didn't put on shoes afterwards.
