Both my daughter and I have been piano students here and we have really been satisfied with the instructors as well as with the general service. There were some issues regarding scheduling between the school and us but they kept on standing by us until we sorted everything out. It’s great that behind all emails is a person (Cheri, for example) who is always ready to reply to you promptly and who partners nicely with you in solving any issues.
I attend piano classes after office hours and find the environment very calm and focused. The instructor is patient and repeats sections until I fully understand them. I had difficulty reading notes and coordinating both hands, but gradual improvement is noticeable. Occasionally classes start a bit late, though extra minutes are usually added so learning time is not affected much.
