Ron is an invaluable asset when making a home purchase. I use Ron as in inspector for my real estate business but this time had the pleasure using his services for a personal deal. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of a homes structure and systems was extremely helpful in making a sound decision on if the home was the right purchase. I would highly recommended SpecWorx/Ron. Scheduling was breeze, Ron was accommodating to our schedule. He even arrived 30 mins before our appointment time! He gave detailed information about our home inspection and took the time to make sure we understood everything. We received our report pretty quickly which included the details that we discussed on our walkthrough as well as provided pictures.
