ASK FOR LILY! Lily is my go-to girl, and Serenity if my favorite nail salon in the Pasadena area. Lily is always willing to try my new nail ideas, and is very honest if my request is unattainable. She's flexible and always willing to compromise if necessary. I've never left disappointed! The staff is very helpful and always has availability for my schedule. Clean and serene salon environment that I recommend to everyone in the area!
This used to be one of my fav places to get my nails done but I will be going elsewhere from now on.
Positives: salon seems clean, you can often get in quickly as a walk-in
Negatives: My last several manicures were poorly done. Polish on my skin and either piled up along my cuticle or so far away that it looked already grown out. My last manicure she didn't even bother to brush off my nails after filing so the polish was clearly bumpy but she let me walk out like that. Def not worth the money I paid for it.
