My charging port wasn't working and he agreed to look at it. Both Google and Verizon said I'd have to send in the phone and be without it for at least 2 weeks. He fixed it right then and there and was so professional, kind, and efficient. This is the second time I have used their services and I would highly recommend Screen Busters.
