This place has terrible products and service. I purchased some unfinished red oak hardwood tongue and groove flooring so I could stain it to match the existing flooring and not only do the packs vary by up to an eighth inch difference in thickness but one of the packs had holes up to 2.5 inches across on it from knots on every single board. Apparently this is normal for this company as the associate couldn’t even understand that this is unsatisfactory to install for a customer and would not even let me return the defective product. Great customer service, I brought some wood at the store and had a case remained back, and they were very nice to take it back and refunded back my money, but it must be before 3mths. Will diffinately buy there again.
Helpful customer service. Pulled around back and they loaded the truck up from the bay. Had to return 2 packages and they looked up my order without a receipt and took care of everything. Good selection of laminate and vinyl.
