I'm supposed to be closing on a house in a week and was told by the lender (kind of last minute) that I needed the roof inspected. I spent the afternoon (on a Saturday) calling around and only getting the call center of every business I call, and was told that someone would get back to me on Monday. The same was true here, but less than a minute after hanging up with Kelbie's call center, I received a call form Mr. Kelbie himself and informed me that he could be out to the property in 45mins THAT DAY! LIFE SAVER!!. He was very professional and very informative. He inspected the roof and gave me a quote for whatever repairs needed to be done. I hope to be doing business...read full review
A few years ago, Kelbie Roofing repaired a small section of the roof on my mother's house in Baltimore. They did a great job and provided good customer service. Two weeks ago I reached out to Kelbie about installing a new roof for my mother's house. Mike responded promptly, provided a very fair price and sent a crew within just a few days. Kelbie was very easy to work with. I wanted a new membrane on my flat roof and a skylight removed and replaced with a vent.
