waited almost 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. was told “no more than 15 minutes” four times. was told to walk around and come back. we did, we still waited another 35 minutes. staff was short and rude about it and claimed they’re just backed up. more like over booked. go somewhere else.
updated it to 3 stars cause the photographer was absolutely awesome with kids and they are allowing us to come back to select our photos since we had to wait 2 hours. (my husband had work, so if they didn’t let us come back the whole thing would’ve been pointless).
I want to say how amazing our experience was today at JCPenny Portraits at Marley Station Mall! Everyone was so kind and friendly. It was busy and they were just so nice and giving updates to make sure no one got annoyed. I only remember Kane’s name but everyone was great especially Kane. Highly recommend. We are so happy with our pictures
We had a wonderful experience at JCPenney’s photography studio today! Our appointment was at 11am and Emma was our photographer. She did an amazing job keeping our 1-year-old daughter’s attention during the entire session. She was patient, engaging, and knew exactly how to get those perfect smiles. The photos turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We’ll definitely be back for future sessions—thank you, Emma!
