Tom and his team were fantastic. They did an outstanding job repairing my ductwork, sealing my system and insulating everything. The company that had installed the equipment before I bought my house did a shotty job on it all. I called Hydro-Serve on Monday, Tom came out that day to inspect everything, and he had a quote to me later that afternoon. I got on the schedule quickly, and in 4 hours I felt like I had an entirely new system installed! VERY knowledgeable, very friendly, and most importantly: HONEST! I can’t think of a company that delivers better customer service. Detail focused. Great communication. If it was an option, I’d use Hydro Serv for every mechanical issue a home can have.
