My roof had incurred damage from a heavy wind storm so I filed a claim. The insurance inspector came out and his report said there wasn’t anything wrong with my roof but didn’t bother to even make note of the leak in my attic that he even observed himself. My insurance allowed me to appeal and I called House Transformers.Russell came out and inspected my roof and found all sorts of damage. He wrote up a report and submitted it to my insurance company and with that, the insurance company sent out another inspector. Russell met the inspector and walked him through everything he found. This company is simply amazing. They do great and amazing work in a very timely manner. I have used them on numerous occasions for different things, and they have never failed or disappointed in any type of way. They are very easy to get along with and have never been pushy for anything and is not a company looking to just get money from you at all. My point of contact that has always been Alejandro is absolutely perfect, any questions I have had I can give him a call and he always gets back to me and always answers all my questions. I definitely and highly recommend them.
