Went in for an eyebrow shape up and Cadence was amazing! She was even able to help me get other services done while I was there that I truly needed but didn’t notice she was so kind when explaining options of services to help with my issues. I see a lot of people on here complaining that they can’t get services done or being told theirs no availability but that’s not on the stylist that’s just how the industry is some services run longer than expected or like in my case I added services on while already there. I walked in with the first appointment of the day (1/13/24). I came here since my usual hairdresser is closed on the weekends and needed some quick highlights and a trim. I remembered coming here in the past when I lived nearby, and had a great experience every time with a hairdresser who used to work there. I walk in, with a friendly face asking "Hi please make me feel pretty again!", and the friendly vibe wasn't reciprocated. Instead, I was greeted by the woman (with blue hair, unsure of title) by her calling the hairdresser she decided was going to do my highlights. She just beckoned her over kind of rudely. I failed to ask for her name, but the blonde lady at the far left booth when you walk in is wonderful. I walked in for a specific product and upon entering, she greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I found what I needed right away so I didn’t, but then she helped me by recommending other products that will incredibly help my hair. The entire process went smoothly and she has great customer service skills.
