Unfortunately, I did NOT have a good INITIAL experience with this company on 11/29.24. Based on my google review, a company representative, Tori, reached out to me. I agreed to give them another opportunity to win my business. The technician that they sent out was informative, on time and clearly knew what he was doing. While they were not the most affordable, they did provide the best solution for my chimney issue. I ended up going with them to do the work for my rental property. While the first experience was not the best, they did course correct things and I am happy that I went with them.

If you're reading this review, I'd say you already did well as you found this company. We have a twenty year old big waterfront house with a stone chimney that was allowing water to leak into the upper rooms. We got three estimates and went with Chimney Tek. Though not the cheapest, they were the most comprehensive and responsive. From top to bottom this company takes pride in what they do and are very experienced and capable. Their pricing is fair, they communicate very well, keep their promises and were a pleasure to work with. I feel fortunate that I found them and recommend them highly.

ChimmeyTex can out, gave me a detailed quote with explanation of what needed to be done. When they arrived to do the job, they were very professional. They completed the work, walked me through in a visual inspection and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend ChimmeyTex.
