The staff were courteous and attentive. Tristan assisted me and answered all my questions. He also epaired my Samsung phone's cracked screen in a in less time than quoted. I recommend this location and truly appreciate the service I received here.

I'm strictly basing my 5 stars off of the customer service I received. I did not get a repair done.I met two gentlemen whose names I did not get. They were very upfront about the cost of the repair and even suggested looking into different insurance and claims. Other shops have tried to get money out of me while these two guys were very genuine. They even had the parts in stock for the repair I might need on my Samsung Z Fold 4 but told me about other options that could potentially save me a lot of money. Thank you for your honesty!

This place is amazing for getting your phone fixed! I dropped my phone into water a week ago, and they dehumidified it and dried my phone out for free, just to be helpful. This past week has been difficult, and Matt, Tristan, and Adam's kindness has been greatly appreciated. I will be going back here again, if I ever need another repair!
