Everyone was extremely professional, very nice. Efficient. Appointment was on time. The doctor went over the care plan in detail, and she took time to answer my questions. Financing was well explained. Overall, a good experience.
The dentist that saw me was excellent! The x- ray tech was absolutely fantastic but when I sat down to go over the cost with the finance person everything went down hill. She could not explain why the insurance would not cover the top denture. I had to call my insurance company and get the answers. I hope I can get a better price when I go back.
The experience was just ok. I received a temporary crown until the permanent crown came in. The temporary crown only lasted for 24 hrs so by Saturday morning by the time I finished getting my hygiene together it fell out. I was told that if it fell out that I would have to call them right away. Most of their offices are closed on the weekends and the ones that were open either didn’t answer the phone or were booked up and couldn’t fit me in. Feeling frustrated, I finally got through to a dentist who works in the company told me to go to a drug store and get a temporary filling to help hold the crown in place until I get to my dentist by Monday morning.
