I think Dr. Weiss is an excellent plastic surgeon. I had breast augmentation done when I was 21 years old. I had silicone implants for close to 35 years. Both were getting hard and painful and were leaking out of both encapsulations. I had been putting this off since I also had some major health issues to contend with— rheumatoid arthritis, dishience of my 3rd mobile window missing 47% in my left ear, pulsatile tinnitus 24/7, cervical and lumbar stenosis, Fibromuscular Dysplasia, and Fibromyalgia to name a few.
