I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Twice I’ve called them for what seemed like a big-deal type of issue, and both times it was a small thing that they fixed with no additional cost beyond the contracted visit. (First time it was my furnace: just a loose wire; second time it was my air handler: blown fuse and a broken drain pan plug: they told me exactly what parts I needed from the hardware store as a way to avoid what they’d charge for a follow up visit, and i fixed both myself for $20. In both cases they could have charged me huge amounts for an unnecessary repair and I wouldn’t have known the difference.)

We were referred to the A-Team by a neighbor to replace our furnace and air conditioning. Not only did we get a great price, we also had great service and communication from this company. They replaced our furnace and A/C and hauled away the old stuff. They also cleaned up after themselves and were so kind. Our new products are amazing and So Quiet! We also will get tax breaks for having these efficient appliances. I cannot recommend John and the A-Team enough!
