I had an overall positive experience at The Highlands. Catering Sales Manager Alisha Vaugh helped me plan a Celebration of Life for my deceased husband. She made the process so easy at a difficult time for me. The room was arranged well and decorated so nicely and the other staff were friendly and efficient so everything ran so smoothly. Many of the guests remarked on what a perfect evening it was. Thanks Alisha!
The Highlands at Germantown venue and staff couldn't have been better for our annual graduation get-together and raffle event for supporters of Warrior Canine Connection. The Catering Sales Manager worked closely with us to put together a menu within our budget and coordinated all the details of our set-up. She was extremely accommodating in meeting our varied requests prior to, and during set-up of, the event. The Food Services Manager was attentive to our needs during the function and the food was plentiful and delicious! We had guests coming from 18 different States and the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Manager, Sales Coordinator and Front Desk Staff were very helpful in accommodating the needs of our group. Thank you to the whole team for helping us host such a successful and fun event. We will definitely be back next year!
One of the best decisions I've made was to have my Wedding at The Highlands at Germantown. Alisha Vaughn who is the catering Sales Manager was super helpful throughout the entire process of helping me put everything together. The staff was so welcoming and professional -my husband and i couldn't have been happier! We are super pleased with our decision to combine our hearts there! A big Thank you to the entire staff at The Highlands at Germantown for helping us make our dream a reality!!
