I'm a new patient with the practice and due to an unexpected event, had to reschedule last minute. Office was very accommodating with new appointment. Dr. Ford was very nice and explained the all process. Front desk staff was also welcoming.
Dr. Erica Ford has been great. I lost trust in my last dentist, Dr. Chittamuri. Dr. Ford is not a salesperson telling you that you need implants and Invisalign on every visit!! That comes in time, and is the patients decision. I knew I needed a deep cleaning, but needed to hear it from a new dentist, not from someone I felt was just after insurance money and not caring for me. Dr. Ford clearly cares, doesn’t judge, and is honest about what needs to be done. I’m very happy to have found her and I highly recommend her! I’ve been going Dr. Ford for many years now and she’s great! She’s always been very professional and gentle with any work I’ve needed done. I highly recommend going to see her if you live in the area.
