“PriscillaM Beauty did a great job with my bridal makeup! I was really happy with the final look on the big day! My trial a month earlier went well, but I wasn’t fully happy with how the makeup turned out and was nervous about whether I would like my makeup on my actual wedding day. I submitted feedback online about things I would like to change, and relayed this information to my makeup artist, Cristina, in person as well. She listened to my feedback and adapted my makeup perfectly. I looked exactly how I wanted to for my wedding day and was thrilled with the results!

My primary concern was the scheduling and payment process. My wedding planner had confirmed with Priscilla that a specific trial date and time were available and would be held for me. However, due to issues processing payment on Priscilla’s end, the payment was not completed within the three-day window, and I was subsequently informed that my reserved slot had been released. This was particularly frustrating, as that specific timing was a major factor in my decision to book her. Ultimately, my trial had to be rescheduled 1.5 hours later, which was not ideal for my schedule. Overall, the payment and scheduling experience was quite frustrating, and it’s something I would recommend keeping in mind when considering booking her services.“
