We were referred to Greg by our realtor to address concerns for horizontal cracks on a home we are considering. Greg is a great communicator and able to provide us peace of mind on the condition of the property. Highly recommended if looking for a structural engineer to provide unbiased opinion on condition of your foundation.
Kemp just completed the inspection of our home in Columbia MD. He was outstanding. He was very thorough and meticulous in his process and explanation.
He checked everything from major systems, settlings, HVAC, all appliances, outlets, plumbing, - and more.
