I am so glad I remembered Island Breeze HVAC when I had another heating and air conditioning problem... from now on they will be my first call when needed... I am so glad I found them last time I needed help and remembered them this time... they are fair with pricing, fast and fantastic with work they did both times I have reached out... I highly recommend them!

Island Breeze was the only local company that answered the phone when I called around 5pm after discovering my AC was not running. Although they weren't able to get someone out the same evening (this was the first hot day in a while so they were busy with earlier requests), Darvon was able to come early the next morning, diagnose the issue, and replace my broken start capacitor. The price was reasonable and I'm overall very happy with the service I received, they are very communicative and professional!
Had a loss of AC at my rental house in Germantown. Island Breeze responded quickly and identified the problem as a failed condensate pump. The installed a new one and now AC works.
