This place is a complete waste of time. My first visit was nothing but a consultation !! no actual therapy at all. Then they kept calling me to schedule a follow up, only for me to show up, get charged immediately, sit there for 20 minutes, and then be told they couldn’t treat me because the doctor never updated my notes. How does a physical therapy clinic not even have their paperwork together? Totally unprofessional, disorganized, and careless with people’s time and money.

I continue to be pleased with Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers-Germantown. So much so that when I needed therapy for a new injury I chose them again. I've been seen by Jillian, Bryan and Jarrett so far in my care, and they are fantastic therapists. They fully utilize the time I have with them, perform check-ins as to how the injury is doing and provide me the Home Exercise Program so I can continue my therapy between visits. The front desk staff is also wonderful: they are polite, efficient and professional. The entire experience with this staff and they improvements they make to my injured limbs is phenominal. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance of Germantown to anyone needing PT.

Around August 20th 2025 started PT after major head surgery, all senses were off. Had to re-learn how to walk, hand/eye coordination, multitasking, concentration, everything to do with vestibular PT. Everyone at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers are amazing. Everyone worked as a team to get me back to normal. April 20th 2026 I start work! My family and I wanted to say thank you for all the hard work in getting me back to living a normal life!

Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers in Germantown is a fantastic business. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. The exercise routines are varied and they work with the individual based upon your needs and abilities. During your session you get 1:1 support and undivided attention allowing for greater and more rapid progress. I highly recommend this location!!
