We love Don Hoffacker's and used them for over 35 years in Gaithersburg. Just had our fall system check in our new house in Urbana and Michael is the best! He is very professional, did a great review of our system. He explained all to my husband. We will continue our relationship with this great company.
We have been using Don Hoffacker’s for all of our HVAC. Needs for 10+ years. Some of the big reasons include: (1) the service technicians are very knowledgeable and they LISTEN to the customer to help diagnose the issue, (2) the service technicians are very good at explaining the issues and potential solutions to resolve the problem, (3) the contact representative (Donna) is very nice, listens well to the customer, and takes good notes to help the technician understand the situation. Highly recommend Don Hoffacker for HVAC needs!
Real lifesavers! We had our AC stop working during the heat wave. House was unbearable. Managed to get a miracle and a capacitor just needed to be replaced. Prompt service, professional care, and friendly staff will have us calling again for routine services too. Highly recommend!
