I never in my life had such terrible customer service and patient care. When I first got reffered here I made and appointment I came to they completly wasted my time said they couldnt process my insurance in enough time which doesnt make sense because I work as a dental receptionist and it only takes a few mins. That was the first thing. Second I had an appointment with them, these people are not going to allow a patient to come in 13 mins late bc I had an emergency bc they had to take Lunch. I also work as a Dental Assistant and ive had to take 5 min Lunch break bc we care for our patient. These people cant even take 15 mins off their one hour? Thats crazy the lady on the phone was giving me attutide and wasnt trying to help me please save your time dont come here. They are a disgrace as providers. I will warn everyone not to come here.

I agree with all the other bad reviews on here. It's disorganized, incompetent staff, over-priced and they lie. They tell you services are covered and guess what they are not. Save yourself a lot of time, money and effort by going elsewhere.

DON'T go there. It's a scam. They act like they are helping you but all they do is charge you and your insurance company out the wazoo. The staff is incompetent and promises things they cannot control. Do yourself a favor and find a seasoned nutritionist (the one here is so green) and a qualified nurse and maybe a gym. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Today I arrived for my appointment that I scheduled about a month ago, when I interacted with the young lady at the front desk I introduced myself and stated that I was here for my schedule appointment she asked for my driver's license, when I reached out to grab my wallet I realized I had forgotten my wallet, I told her that I forgot my wallet at that time she stated that they couldn't see me because I did not have my driver's license, I told her that I had already given all my personal information to Rolando over the phone 3 weeks ago and I also mentioned that another lady had called me to ask for more information about my insurance, social security and my primary doctor's referral which I made sure it was faxed to them, at this time I asked for the Manager and a gentleman that had been standing all along watching wat was going on stated he was the manager and i was trying to plead with him to let me call my insurance so they could verify that I was covered and for them to see me, still he told me that they could no not see me because i did not have my driver's license, long story short the front desk Rolando the manager an his gang acted arrogant and made me loose a day of work and my valuable time, this place is terrible and would not recommended to anybody, this is not how patients are treated in Montgomery County Maryland, i was not there to take anything from them, but to give them my business and they treated me like I didn't have a ticket to board a plane at the airport. Terrible experience!

The weight loss industry is the biggest money making industry preying on people who have legitimate health issues. Let me tell you that Core Life is NOT any different. They are just another scam. Do not give them your time or money. They don't care and they don't help. I gave them a lot of time and energy and the only thing I lost was a lot of money. I hope this saves one person from the terrible experience I endured because of them.

Terrible service. No free exercise plans. No diet plans. Charges $50 cancellation fee if late 10 minutes. Do not recommend at all.
