We found Bob based on reviews from various places (Google, yelp, redfin etc.) and we are glad we did! He arrived at the property early to begin the inspection, very thorough and knowledgeable, very patiently explained to us the little details, how to operate certain things or why things are set up on certain ways, and all the findings. The report was sent to us the same day and it was easy to use and follow. There is also a function to export selected findings where you can add notes and photos to be sent to others which is helpful in negotiating with the sellers. Bob also answered follow up questions quickly. We really appreciate his help!!
