I got referred to Keith and called him. Within 1 hour, Keith was at the location and sampling. Results came back the next day which was much faster than what the other companies quoted me. I am very satisfied with the speed of service. Highly recommend!

Maryland BioDetection: Five stars are because the microbiologist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the approach and limitations before testing, during testing and inspection, and after I received the report. I have toxicology training and was reassured by his approach and knowledge. He was also flexible and prompt in making the appointment and timeliness in work and report. The written reports by MDBD were thorough as was the independent Microbial service which analyzed the samples. I like the independent approach, the fact that MDBD was not selling remediation services and did not suggest testing more rooms than was necessary to assess the entire house....read full review

We had a water leak in our kitchen and were worried about mold. Keith was recommended to us so we had him come out to do a Mold inspection and Indoor Spore Trap test. He was very knowledgeable, recommended products to clean/sanitize the area, explained the testing process and answered any questions I had. He tested on a Friday and we had our results by Monday & he sent us a detailed report. The results put our mind at ease so we can move forward with closing things up under our cabinets. I highly recommend his services and would use him in the future if needed.
