We have been using their service for long. Owner and the whole staff are very helpful and have given us clothes in short time whenever we urgently needed it. We always rely on zips with all our expensive and colorful clothes.

I have been their customer for awhile since it's pretty convenient to go there.I just picked up my pants from alteration and have to say that the quality of work is poor. Also, a few collars of my husband's work shirts looked dirty when I unwrapped them at home. It seems like they didn't really take their time to clean them at all.Needless to say, it won't be my go-to place anymore.

Zips changed their policy a couple of months ago to no longer accept credit cards unless you spend more than $10. Went in this morning to drop off dry cleaning desperately needed for work and they would not take my credit card bc it was $6, would not make an exception and wouldn’t allow me to pay for it when I picked it up. This is what I really consider bad management and customer service. If you change a policy and see that a customer hasn’t been in for while, but a regular for over 5 years, you should cut them some slack.Service: Dry cleaning
