this review is specifically for an employee named sandra who helped me today. i was looking for a product and she went above and beyond to find it for me, checking the website looking all over the store at the different displays for quite awhile while i shopped and eventually tracked the manager down to help look for it in the back and dug it out of a box somewhere. i feel most employees would’ve been like “well… it’s not on the shelf…” and told me to order online or try another store. she was also so sweet and nice. a joy to talk to. thanks sandra! and ulta, you need to give her a raise thanks. i’m sure she’s not making as much as she deserves. 💅🏻...read full review
