I booked the free virtual consultation which was very easy and fast. April answered a lot of questions during the consultation and after our meeting, I set up my appointment. On the day of my ombre brow appointment, April was super professional, welcoming, and reassuring. This is my first semi-permanent makeup and essentially my first tattoo. But I trusted the process and I love my new look. April is super gentle and walked me through the process. She is a perfectionist and very careful which is essential for these procedures.
