She is very thorough and caring.
I had some irregular heartbeat readings from a blood pressure machine. Someone else could have brushed it off. She immediately ordered a
monitor . She followed through and sent me to a cardiac electrophysiologist when something specific was discovered. She I always monitors the portal and responds promptly if you have a question.

I was a very happy patient of Dr Shantz for over 20 years until his retirement. I was assigned to his replacement, Dr Lawson, and couldn’t see anyone else there because they weren’t accepting new patients. I saw Dr Lawson once. She was 45 minutes late for my appointment, and informed me that she “doesn’t do ADHD meds” and I’d have to go to a psych dr. I did however receive a call from an addiction clinic stating she referred me for drug dependency. A couple of weeks later I called the office to try to convince them to let me see another dr because she couldn’t meet my needs and was informed that she was no longer there and I’d need to find a new practice.... read full review
