I have stopped into Leo’s countless times just because I think RV’s are fun to walk through. Every visit where I said I was just looking, there was no pressure to buy …. AT ALL. They still took the time to answer all of my questions and share experiences they had collected personally and from their various customers. This year, I heard about an awesome holiday set up (turns out this gets bigger every year thanks to a few employees)! My 4 year old LOVED it. We decided to visit the RV show in Timonium this year and “shop” for the future. They offered an amazing deal on a new Cougar 24 RDS and my family just couldn’t walk away! Since then, their help getting our truck and trailer all set up has been smooth as can be. Leo’s RV was great, especially my salesman, Mike Turpin. Purchasing an rv from out of state can be very stressful, but despite all of my inquiries, Mike remained patient and responsive. He answered all of my questions, sent me numerous photos/videos addressing my concerns, and was very honest. Because I was purchasing a used unit, there were a couple of minor cosmetic issues that I was concerned with. To my surprise, when I got down there from CT, the issues were fixed without my prompting due to the thoroughness of the prep staff! I cannot recommend them enough, and in fact, referred my sister and brother-in-law to them (also from CT) to purchase their camper!
