They got back to me really quickly after I messaged describing the issue I was experiencing. I was a new patient and this was my first time visiting their office. The receptionist I spoke with was friendly in person and very helpful over the phone as well. I saw the newest dentist, and he explained everything and gave options for what needed to be done. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.
