I had a really good experience taking my niece in to get an eye exam done. The staff were really amazing and very kind, well trained, and efficient. I appreciated how the staff explained each step of the process before doing it which really helped with my niece's anxiety level and helped improve their understanding of why certain things are important to check regularly. I will be coming here again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Super awesome staff! Made me feel comfortable the whole time and listened to all of my concerns. When the doctor realized my vision had changed so drastically she took the time and double checked everything to make sure I left happy and able to see again!

I don't write many of these reviews but this office stands out and deserves recognition. Advanced Family Vision reminds me of how service used to be....It's like the Andy Griffith show and Mayberry. Every single person at this office is Happy, courteous, smiling , efficient, thorough, and dependable. If they say they will call back they will , if they say they will send in a form to the MVA so you can renew your license they do. They utilize new online technology and notifications to verify dates and to fill out forms before your visit BUT they don't over do it and nag or bother you and their system works easily and effectively.
