I absolutely love the overnight drop-off feature at ZIPS Cleaners in the RIO in Gaithersburg MD! I was able to drop my work uniforms off before my 5:00 a.m. shift, and they were cleaned, pressed, and ready for pickup by the time I got off work. The convenience is unmatched, and it made my busy schedule so much easier. The staff always does a great job, and this feature is a game changer. I hope all ZIPS locations offer overnight drop-off because it's truly an amazing service!

I am very concerned how your location in Washington Blvd Has been without air-conditioning for the last couple of weeks. This is unfair to your excellent employees. This must be addressed in this heat wave and humidity as it is dangerous for people to work with this kind of heat.
