Amazing Experience! My husband and I walked in with his prescription and immediately we were greeted warmly by CJ. He was amazing! CJ patiently answered our questions, gave us incredible advice, he actively listened to my husband describing what style of glasses and when he wears them. Literally in 5 minutes or less, he picked out 7 pairs of glasses. They were all very comfortable and flattering on my husband. It took him less than 5 minutes to pick out two pairs of glasses. The hard part was figuring out if only two pairs were enough, he loved the styles so much. CJ helped us place our order, was very transparent and helpful with the pricing. I recently had an eye exam and purchased eye glasses at Warby Parker Downtown Crown. I was very satisfied with the services and loved that there were so many eyeglasses to choose from. Will definitely recommend them and will return for future eye exams and eyeglasses.
The customer service rep who served me was AMAZING. She was friendly, communicative to people as they were waiting, and fully competent to handle everyone's problems. I wish I knew her name, she should get a raise.
