Super smooth moving process in terms of very carefully packaging, carrying, dissembling and assembling my furniture. Amazing team of movers who are packing, carrying the furniture. They were both careful and quick! I never had a moving company that packaged my furniture with this much attention to detail. 5 star packing.-I took 1 star off just because I couldn't get a definitive date for the arrival of my furniture when they were packing my furniture. While the move went smoothly, I have had a problem with a reimbursement. I had the items moved to a storage unit, leaving the blankets on the furniture. I was told I would be reimbursed $160 for the blankets upon their return. They were returned intact and have been told I would receive a check. It has been almost 3 months and they have not sent a check or reimbursed my credit card. I will be placing a complaint with BBB about this. Frustrating, because I think the movers did a great job and would normally recommend them.

Priscilla was great to work with! She was very professional, fair and courteous!When unpacking a table one of the drawer knobs fell off. This wasn’t realized until the staff had completed my move and left. I immediately texted the lead on this job and he told me he would look for it in the blanket the table was wrapped in. He found the knob and Priscilla arranged for him to drive it to my house and give it too me!This was above and beyond and Priscilla is the BEST! Jim SServices: Senior moving
