Our hot water went kaput a week ago, and ours is a difficult place to deliver to because of a steep, slippery driveway. THS has made every effort and consideration to deliver/install the new tank. Very accommodating, pro-active staff. Great confidence in the company.

The electrician Scott was right on time. His communication through the whole process was efficient and explained the issues well. Getting an appointment was easy too. I will use this company again and will refer them as well.
