Archie was like a superhero because my dog was having seizures and he very calmly soothed her, helped her into the car and told me she would be ok. Indeed she was ok. Archie was extremely polite and supportive and provided helpful information.
The technicians did a great job cleaning out the debris sealing and insulating the crawl space and some areas inside the house. There are mice still in the house but I hope that will resolve soon
