Roof job went well, estimate and actually roofing job was excellent. Time after estimate and down payment to job starting needs attention. No contact from salesman or company, had to call myself, was told material to be delivered day prior did not happen. Was told would see pictures of roof by supervisor did not happen. The roofing crew excellent the support crew need improvement.

Took a while to get the logistics down. Kept getting phone calls from contracted loan company wanting me to get a loan even though I told Shanco that I would pay for the whole thing myself. Once they came out, they did a great job. They repaired the base of my chimney which had a hole in it and the previous repair was done poorly by a so called handyman. They even hammered in loose nails that was sticking out on the back gutter. They sent me before and after pictures which I appreciated. When it is time to get my roof replaced, I will use them.

Shout out to Tristen Patla. I was skeptical but he showed me photos and my insurance company agreed we had hail damage and needed a roof replacement. Shanco dealt with insurance, replaced the roof neatly and quickly - no hassles, no surprise expenses. Tristen stopped by several times to check in with us, responded to every question, helped us navigate the process end-to-end, and was a gem to work with - very organized & conscientious.
