I went to do my lashes were and the customer experience was horrible. Ingrid did not accept my group on and insisted it was for first time customers only even though she could've made an exception because I didn't know. Had she made an exception, I would've become a customer and paid full price, but she now lost a customer. Kindness and consideration are everything, especially when you are building a clientele.

If I could give this no stars I would!Ingrid Perez gave me a style I did not ask for!I wanted wispy I got something totally different!My appointment was at 10:30 and Perez did not finish until 1:30pm. Horrible horrible experience!!!!!! Do not book!Perez knew she messed up! At one point, Perez stated that she did wispy but she isn’t sure why it doesn’t look like it! Perez know she didn’t give me what I asked for! I even filled out a form explaining what I wanted and showed pictures! I refused to pay and offered to pay for take off service and Perez refused that as well! She called the police because I refused to pay $120 for something I didn’t ask for!
