The tech did a thorough job spraying for the yellow jackets. We let him borrow our ladder because it was taller than the one he had and got him closer to where the yellow jackets were getting in the house. Sorry to say that I didn't get the tech's name.

Just want to express appreciation for Shawn! All the technicians sent by Senate have been friendly and helpful, to varying degrees of knowledge. Shawn is just a step above! He is to the point, very friendly, and simply the best at finding and eliminating pest entry points. I hope Senate knows what an asset he is!

nice job, service for eliminate cockroaches from kitchen and bathroom. As per procedure, this is second time follow-up for Actisol treatment. not see any roaches yet. Spray person is very friendly and work very details.
