Received excellent service at this shop! Went in for a last minute piercing removal to prep for an MRI and truly had a great experience. Was seen immediately and given a ton of information on my existing piercing, regarding care and proper jewelry replacement as it relates to my sensitive skin. First time at this shop and I was pleasantly surprised. None of that stuffy tattoo/piercing shop vibe, experienced folks that communicate well and seem to genuinely care to cater to your needs. Will return here again!
Bobby was super easy to get ahold of and very friendly! I only needed help with removing a healed piercing of mine, and he was the only one I was able to get in touch with. He’s very professional and clearly knowledgeable.
I cannot say enough great things about this shop or Bobby. Not only does he do incredible work, he was patience, kind and the most welcoming tattoo artist you could ever hope to find.
( especially for newcomers) My daughter got her naval pierced and it was her first piercing. This took maybe ten minutes. Bobby took his time and care with her ( even when she fainted). He was calm, knowledgeable what to do next. I could not recommend Bobby more highly, whether you're a heavily tatted pro or a first timer. Thank you Bobby. We will see you again soon.
