Substantial leaks and work that was not straight or misaligned. They kept promising to fix everything but never did and stopped returning calls. I would not use them again.

Our experience with prime was awful. They charged for an expensive system to keep water away from the deck. As the photos show, the gutters and decked leaked huge amounts of water. The railing also was not straight as you can see in another photo. Augustine kept promising to fix everything and then just stopped returning calls. I would not use them again.
