Macai was very polite and on time ( he actually got here a little early but I saw him wait patiently in his car until the scheduled time) . Very clean and offered additional services without pressure.

Presidential gave me a SATURDAY appointment. Their technician called me 30 minutes before arriving as we'd agreed. He was thorough, cleaned up the work area and answered my questions. I am a member of Presidential's Maintenance Club and am so glad I joined. Also grateful for technician Walter.
