This is my first experience with Precision Orthopedic team. I went there at the recommendation of my PCP because I trust her. My decision was right. I had the smoothest scheduling experience where the office themselves called & gave me an appointment that fitted my calendar without interfering my day job. The staffs from front desk to Dr. Thompson are so friendly & helpful. They were all on time. I spent little time waiting to be seen. My visit from check in to arrival to being seen & even receiving therapeutic medication were all completed in much less time than I anticipated. The front desk was extremely professional and kind.Dr.Thompson upon entering the room he has a very warm smile and pleasant demeanor, I felt comfortable and confident addressing my issues with him, and I'm happy I chose the right place to come for care
The staff is very professional and kind, helpful caring and respectful! The staff from receptionist to the nurses to the doctors! We have been coming to this location for about 8 years now and I would not want to go anywhere else for any ortho related for my kids, I may even switch to them as my personal orthopedic doctor if they take my insurance!! I recommend this orthopedic 1,0000 over and over for anyone to go to!!
