I have been to Phil's now on 4 separate occasions. Twice Phil has cut my hair and beard and twice Andy has done the same. Great guys and fantastic service and cuts! I would recommend this barber shop highly. They are extremely professional!! Thanks.

not sure why there are such negative reviews. i’ve been coming here all the way from Tysons, VA since i moved because Phil knows exactly what i want and I’m in and out in 20-30 min every time. cheap, fast, and great service every single time. I will keep coming back.

All 3 barbers in this shop are masters in their craft. Phil, Andy, and Lee are super sharp with the Clippers, and then they finish off with that much needed razor touch! You don't need an appointment, it's first come, first serve! Definitely a gem of a barbershop in the Gaithersburg/MoCo area! You want a great cut, you come here! 3 master barbers for sure who are Wizards with the Clippers & Scissors ✂️
