I like coming to Phanxi nails because it is close to my home and within a shopping center where I can get alot done.
They take walkins. I always walk in and they are ready to assist. Sonetimes the wait is long which is not uncommon if you didn't make an appointment. I always come prepared with a book or something to watch on my phone. I recently did a manicure and pedicure that lasted for 2 months and still looked beautiful as my nails grew underneath. I paid $100 for gel manicure, pedicure, eyebrow cut plus tip. I believe it was worth it. They have a wide variety of colors, I pick something different everytime I go there. I highly recommend them. I will give 100 stars if possible ❤️? ,they are soo amazing and their handwork is over amazing ?,i highly recommend Bety and Diane plus the pretty older lady for your pedicure ❤️Very affordable….i love this this place ?❤️

I visited this nail salon hoping for a relaxing experience today but was met with quite the opposite. One of the staff members was notably rude, casting a shadow over the entire visit. Unfortunately, one person's behavior can significantly affect the overall ambiance. I expected better customer service.The person who did my manicure today was rude and did not check to see if my nails were as they typically do in the nail salon. I asked her to check twice, and she ignored me. I made sure to let her know that this was rude and unprofessional.
