Great stuff. Well prepared coaching time. I had already read a good bit about strengths and even my own particular strengths before, but ended up learning so much more about how to look at and apply my unique set of gifts. Definitely would recommend using OHS to help your business, church, non-profit, or organization.

I have participated in individual, partner, and team sessions with OHS at work and the overall experience has been enlightening and fun. I have seen great improvement in how we work together as a team after learning to communicate our different strengths. As an international team that has only ever worked together remotely, our OHS sessions have helped bridge some gaps in understanding our different methodologies for getting work done.

I have participated in OHS events at work. These sessions were well-planned and facilitated to be fairly engaging, especially given the fact that we were remote. The workshops were personally enlightening - I was able to define and articulate my own strengths via their approach to the Clifton Strengths methodology - as well as good team-building exercises, as they helped me better relate to several peers.
