Normandy cleaned and repaired my dining room and living room Portuguese needlepoint rugs. They did a beautiful job of matching the yarn and repairing a small hole in one rug. The pickup and delivery crew were polite, professional, and helpful. Normandy’s work took somewhat longer than estimated but their skill and professionalism were more important to me. I will certainly use Normandy again and recommend them to others.

I called Normandy carpet to come clean a spot on my couch that had been stained with Coffee and they were in the neighborhood and came right over. Great service and they got the stain out and then I had them do more work at the house! Everything looks great!

The results I get with Normandy have always been astounding. I've had some difficult stains on new carpeting that were cleaned up quickly and completely. Plus the staff is very professional and friendly. They're on autodial now!
