We have used Norco Tech as our IT department for over 17 years. They have always been professional, efficient, friendly, and available when needed. Norco has a knowledgeable staff ready, willing, and able to assist. I would highly recommend Norco Tech for your IT needs.
Norco Tech is an amazing company. Everyone I have been in contact with are very friendly, helpful, supportive, and can fix anything! I have known Eric , the owner and his team for over 12-years. Each time I have needed help, they are very responsive and always patient with me considering I am NOT tech savvy. If you have any problem regardless how small, they will be there for you until you're back up and running. They are really a great group of people.
Our company has been with Norco for more that 20 years and every year their service keeps getting better. Eric would come out personally to fix whatever issues we have. Yared and their other techs are also very knowledgable and helps us with our issues over the phone. We are very happy with the service they provide.
